an Idea to overcome this limit
make an IRC server ( windows / Linux ) servers are available
for those that do not want load an IRC client
PJIRC allows connection to full IRC servers
I have used this "program" when my mIRC has died
I edit the chat.html file for server & room name and would do the same
for Computeroutlook
