Check out a program called Replay Radio at: http://www.applian.com/replay-radio/index.php

Without going into a long sermon about legal issues, let me just say that this program will allow you to record and play back Radio shows streaming on the internet; the same way that you use a VCR for time-shifting TV shows to view later. These recordings are for your own personal use and should not be copied or re-distributed to others without permission from the originator.
