# Can be set to remind on hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or annually basis.
# Can be set to run a program when the reminder time is triggered.
# Can run automatically when Windows starts. Kana Reminder places an icon in Windows System Tray notification area (next to the clock).
It has no nasty hidden stuff.

And......... It's FREE
You can use this program to automatically launch Winamp, Quicktime Player, or Windoze Media Player and tune in to the Computer Outlook Radio Talk Show at 5:00 PM Pacific time every day.
Read more details and download the Zip file with Setup from: Kana Reminder
Unzip the downloaded file to a temporary folder and then run the file RemSetup.exe from there.
Installation is pretty standard; just follow the on-screen prompts and accept the defaults
until you get to this screen which gives you optional choices for icon locations.

Click to place a check mark in the ones you want and click Next to finish the installation.
The first time you run the program, it will open to a new Reminder Data window.

Type in some descriptive text for the task you want to schedule.
Change the time to the appropriate hour for your time zone,
then click the small black triangle next to "Only once"

and select "Every 1 day" from the drop-down list.
Click the Options tab, put a check mark in Run Program: and click the yellow folder icon.

For Winamp, type the text shown here into the Filename: and Parameter: boxes.

Then, click OK.
I'll leave you Quicktime and WMP users on your own
to figure out the filename and parameter you need.
If everything is entered correctly, the Reminder List should look like this.
The small blue 1 next to the bell, shows that it's an every day event.

Click OK
The program then closes and puts a clipboard icon in your System Tray
notification area (next to the clock) in the lower-right of your screen.

Right-click on the clipboard icon to display the menu shown here

and click "Start With Windows" to play the Computer Outlook Radio Talk Show every day.
And did I mention that Kana Reminder is FREE ?
You can also use this program to automatically sign you into the chat room every day,
complete with User Name and Password, but I haven't tried that yet.
