The other day you had Sharon Fry on your show talking about MS Outlook tricks. I would like to understand how to create and use Outlook forms better. It seems like there is a huge potential to mechanize repetitive tasks, but I don't understand how. Also, can you ask her how to remove the carriage return that always seems to insert itself on the very end of every signature I have created? It's a picky detail, but it bugs me.

I listen to your show 3 or 4 times a week (at least). I really like it a lot! I am continually learning something from you guys. Keep up the good work!
